Sorry to break character, but I think it's worth mentioning that Klaus (real name Arnaud Collery) was on Last Comic Standing. He got a call-back after the audition round but didn't advance past that. He definitely wasn't the best in the field, but he had some interesting material. It was very Andy-Kaufman-as-Latka-intentionally-bad-impressions type stuff.
